Prescolite's primary fabrication, production and assembly factory is one of Hubbell Lighting's finest North American plants. The current facility was opened in September of 2001 and expanded to 240,000 sq. ft. in 2003 to accommodate the growth of the brand. Nearly 1,000 meticulously trained, highly capable employees work two shifts, 5 days per week.
Today, most of Prescolite's products are manufactured in house, using state-of-the-art manufacturing processes including high speed metal stamping, forming, spinning and fabrication, aluminum die casting, buffing, powder coat and wet painting, assembly, tooling maintenance, and die and fixture fabrication.
Quality manufacturing systems and procedures are a well-established way of life with significant focus on continuous improvement in service, on-time order fulfillment, order-to-invoice accuracy, lead time, customer responsiveness, warranty responsiveness, and quality.
