In conjunction with the US Consumer Product Safety Commission, Prescolite is announcing a recall on all LiteBox TL60 and TL62 lensed trims shipped between 5/9/06 and 11/22/06 and bearing a date stamp starting with 3601.
This recall is the result of the use of an incorrect trim flange material in manufacturing which can, under certain conditions, result in the trim falling from the ceiling.
